Fee structure

  • Fees charged to borrowers are based on the risk band, type of loan and term to maturity.

  • Due diligence fee – 1% of the loan value up to a maximum of 20 000 CZK and subject to a minimum of 2 000 CZK. This covers the costs we incur to gather records from credit bureau and official government agencies.

  • Site listing fee – FREE! We don’t charge for listing your loan on our site.

  • Loan origination fees are charged only if and when your loan is funded and you actually decide to accept the loan offer. In other words – if you don’t get a loan, you don’t pay us!
