Investment opportunity

The COVID-19 Pandemic has created a global economic dislocation that will open-up a host of new opportunities on the SME market. Company owners may be forced to sell or liquidate their businesses since banks are unlikely to continue supplying credit (despite various Covid-loan programs), and funding for any new opportunities is going to be exceedingly difficult to obtain. Yet SME business owners remain positive about 2021, wanting to get back in the black and reduce debt levels, whilst appreciating that their approach requires “getting back to marketing basics” and/or a “bigger and better online presence”. The Covid-19 impact on the SME sector is thus substantial – as is the investment opportunity.
